This folding Butler’s tray was bought from an estate sale where it was listed as an Escutcheon piece. There are no maker’s marks on the bottom, so I am not convinced.
However, it doesn’t have any signs of wear or age.
The tray measures 45mm x 60mm and the stand is 75mm tall.
